Navigation, Dark Mode, and a New Homepage

A navigation that gets out of your way

Two layers now. A persistent header carries links to About and Blog, plus a hamburger menu on mobile. Scroll down and it hides. Scroll back up and it reappears. Reading stays uninterrupted.

On card pages, a floating pill sits in the bottom right corner with the Human/Machine toggle and dark mode switch. Always there, never in the way.

Dark mode for late-night reading

Hit the sun/moon icon in the floating pill and the whole page shifts to a dark reading mode. Machine mode stays dark by default, so toggling between the two gives you a real contrast.

A new homepage

The homepage is a proper front door now. A headline and a single button lead into an interactive card preview that cycles through both human and machine mode on its own. The faux browser window scrolls the full depth of a card page, so first-time visitors can see what they’re getting before they click in.

Blog & Release Notes

Management Craft now has a blog. It’s built for featured editorial content, with its own wider layout, bigger type, and interactive graphics like conversation logs and side-by-side comparisons. I won’t publish here often, but when I do, it’ll be real depth: behind-the-scenes on how Management Craft gets made, and maybe much longer explorations of management itself. The first post, “Smithing Words,” covers six months of dictation, revision, and obsessive rewriting compressed into one long-form essay. And the site now has release notes (you’re reading one) so you can follow what’s changing.

Library

The library page is where you browse all available packs. Right now there’s one — Hiring — but it’s built to grow. Clean typography, pack artwork, and a direct path into each pack’s cards.
